MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

Please note that MOE-FAS 2024 application is now open.   For information on FAS and to check your eligibility, you may like to visit MOE FAS website.

For application, you can either:

1. Apply online;
2. Download the MOE FAS Application Form; or
3. Collect a copy of the form from General Office – (*available from Monday to Friday,  8am to 3pm)

*General office will be closed on public holidays and 17 November 2023.
